How to Request Account Deletion
Introduction
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to delete your account from our app. This guide will walk you through the steps to request account deletion and ensure your data is handled appropriately.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
1.Open the App
Go to the main menu by tapping on the profile icon (or the three-line menu icon) at the top left/right corner of the screen. Then, select "Account "

2.Find the Account Deletion Option
Scroll down to the bottom of the "Account Settings" page, and you will find the "Delete Account" option. Tap on it."

3.Confirmation
Confirmation screen will appear, explaining what happens when you delete your account. You will lose all your data, including ride history, preferences, and saved information.

4.Final Deletion
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. It may take a few days for the process to complete. You will receive a final email once your account is deleted.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you have any active subscriptions or payments, ensure they are canceled before requesting deletion.
